Janine Ruddy, Director & Registered Psychotherapist

Helping people find their power is my passion. With over 20 years in the helping profession, I take a holistic approach that addresses the whole person—mind, body, and soul. I am committed to fostering genuine connections and delivering effective, meaningful results. Our work together is tailored to your unique needs, honoring your individual journey. We’ll focus on progress over perfection, equipping you with practical tools to take control where possible and embrace acceptance where needed. With a balance of warmth and directness, my approach encourages growth and progress. I’ll challenge you when it’s helpful, always with a focus on creating a safe, compassionate space for you to thrive. My style often resonates those who feel like they always have to hold it all together—carrying the weight of responsibility and expectations. Together, we’ll work to redefine what it means to be strong, creating space for vulnerability and self-compassion.

My vision is to help you act courageously in the face of fear and create a meaningful life through self-mastery, self-compassion, and self-care.

Amanda Lytle, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I am currently completing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology as I work toward full registration. From January to August 2026, I’ll be completing my practicum, where I focus on creating a warm, grounded, and inviting therapeutic space that supports genuine connection and emotional safety. My practicum will take place entirely online, offering ease and access to my clients to meet in a safe space that works best for them for our sessions.

My approach is holistic, addressing the whole person - mind, body, and soul. I believe that healing unfolds when we bring awareness to all parts of ourselves, integrating emotional insight with embodied experience. My areas of focus include grief, existential issues, self-worth, confidence and communication/self-advocacy, perfectionism and high-achievers, burn out, anxiety, work/school and life stress, imposter syndrome, and somatic approaches to healing. I work collaboratively with clients to explore both acceptance and agency, finding ways to take control where possible and soften into self-compassion where needed.

With nearly 20 years in helping and teaching roles, I bring warmth, curiosity, and gentle directness to the therapeutic process. I often work with individuals who feel they have to hold it all together, carrying the weight of responsibility and expectation. Together, we’ll explore what it means to be strong in a new way, creating space for vulnerability, balance, and growth.

Drawing from Psychodynamic and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), I am committed to guiding clients towards discovering new perspectives and fostering resilience in the face of life's challenges and complexities. Utilizing a wholistic and goal-directed approach, I tailor each session to suit the unique needs and circumstances of each individual while recognizing the distinctiveness of each client's journey. At the heart of my practice is a dedication to nurturing a therapeutic relationship built on trust and collaboration. Together, we prioritize progress over perfection, with a priority on evidence-based research. I am here to equip you with the confidence and tools to navigate your presenting concerns, empowering you to seize control over what is within your ability to control, and guide you towards acceptance of what lies beyond your influence. Through a range of practical tools and techniques, we'll work together to confront objectives head-on and cultivate resilience in the face of adversity. Above all, I seek to promote individuality and authenticity. Natalia D'Abramo, RN Psychotherapist

My goal is to address “whole person” health and get to the root cause(s) of suffering. Our thinking patterns (stories) have tremendous power over how we live our lives. They can be the difference between living a meaningful and fulfilling life or living a depressing life. Let me help you re-write these stories to regain your happiness and sense of wellbeing.  My approach to therapy is driven by compassion and empathy where we will work collaboratively on your goals. My approach is integrative and one that draws on various therapies to give you the tools you need to start dealing with what has brought you my way. You will be left with a vast tool box for the future to tackle obstacles that may arise. In terms of my personality, I highly value the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and soul. I have been described as an extremely attentive listener - my goal is for you to feel genuinely heard, understood and valued.
