I am a RN Psychotherapist and Health Consultant. I graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Nursing and I am registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
My goal is to address “whole person” health and get to the root cause(s) of suffering. Things like our diet, sleep and/or thoughts may all be contributing to our mental health state. Our thinking patterns (stories) have tremendous power over how we live our lives. They can be the difference between living a meaningful and fulfilling life or living a depressing life. Let me help you re-write these stories to regain your happiness and sense of wellbeing.
My approach to therapy is driven by compassion and empathy where we will work collaboratively on your goals. My approach is integrative and one that draws on various therapies to give you the tools you need to start dealing with what has brought you my way. You will be left with a vast tool box for the future to tackle obstacles that may arise.
Whether you are struggling with a specific issue like anxiety or you have found yourself living a less than ideal life, there is help out there. Actually right here.

I am a student in the Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology program at Yorkville University and a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Additionally, I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University.
I believe that mental health issues must be prioritized and openly discussed to reduce stigmatization. My approach is grounded in empathy, validation, and positivity within the context of a safe therapeutic environment that is unbiased, inclusive, and non-judgemental. I focus largely on establishing and maintaining a working therapeutic alliance between myself and clients that is built on trust and respect. I provide a tailored approach to address the specific needs of individual clients. As such, I integrate techniques from various therapeutic models that are relevant specific client needs.
I believe that client strengths are important therapeutic factors that may be leveraged to promote change and to increase autonomy. As such, I take a strength-based approach while primarily working within person-centered and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) treatment methods. Additionally, I integrate techniques from Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and narrative therapy.
My approach is collaborative in nature and requires client agreement and dedication to work toward achieving goals. I look forward to hearing your story and working toward healing, acceptance, and change.

Everyone experiences fluctuations in their mental wellness from time to time. Life is full of positive and negative stress! Our mental wellness typically takes a dip when our important relationships aren’t where we want them to be, when life throws something big and unexpected our way, and when those little stressors pile up – or all the above! Our coping strategies that would usually work become overwhelmed and we find ourselves in uncharted territory, uncertain of how to get life back on track and feel safe and in control. For those of us who experienced traumas, feeling safe and in control may be a strange concept, as life has been difficult for a long time.
I’m here to listen to your story. Together, we can explore what has gone on in your life that has brought you to therapy, process through some of the pieces you are still hanging on to, and identify and strengthen strategies that will assist you in improving your quality and enjoyment of life. You don’t have to do this alone – I am here when you are ready (and even if you’re not ready). Let’s talk.
I am a Psychotherapist/Registered Social Worker (RSW) and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals (OAMHP). My trauma-informed approach integrates several therapeutic models including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and a member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health (OAMHP). My collaborative approach is led with empathy and compassion that is meant to help navigate your experiences to work towards accomplishing your goals. I adopt an eclectic therapeutic model which means that I draw from different modalities based on what you need in the session. I also use a collaborative approach that includes getting your feedback to ensure that you are getting the most of your time, and working towards your goals.
I provide a safe and non-judgmental environment. Life is a journey and sometimes we encounter obstacles along the way.
